I DID IT! 🎉

Today I got to open something I’ve dreamed about for a long time… my very first YouTube 100,000 Subscriber Play Button! 🥹🏆

And getting to open it with my boys made this moment even more special. Watching their excitement and seeing how proud they were honestly made this milestone mean so much more to me. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to every single person who has subscribed to , watched a video, left a comment, shared a video, or simply took the time to learn something from what I’ve created.

When I started making these videos, my hope was simple: to provide health information that could help people, no matter where they live or whether they ever walk through the doors of my office.
