What if the reason nothing has fully worked is that every plan you've followed was designed for someone else's body? 🧬

Generic diet plans are built on averages. They assume a standard metabolism, a standard nutrient profile, a standard hormonal picture. They are designed for the population, not for you.

But your body is not average. Your nutritional needs, your deficiencies, your metabolic rate, your hormonal environment. These are specific to you. And what those factors are can be measured.

Test-based nutrition is not a trend. It is the difference between guessing what your body needs and actually knowing.

When you know what nutrients you are depleted in, what inflammatory markers are elevated, what your insulin is doing, and how your hormones are affecting your metabolism. The approach changes. The results change. And for the first time, the plan actually fits.

On August 13 at 6:30 PM at Seaman's Hospital in Douglastown NB, I am talking about exactly this and what it means in practice for sustainable, lasting results.

Free to attend. Come and bring someone who has been trying without getting there.

The number on the scale is going down. That's what you wanted. But nobody told you what else might be going down with it. ⚠️

When we lose weight rapidly — whether through aggressive caloric restriction, a GLP-1 medication, or both — a significant portion of what the body sheds is not always fat.

It is muscle.

And muscle is not just about how you look. Muscle is your metabolic engine. It determines how many calories your body burns at rest. It protects your joints, your bones, your longevity. And once it is lost, it is significantly harder to rebuild than it was to maintain.

This is one of the most important — and least discussed — realities of weight loss in midlife. And it is also one of the most preventable.

With the right nutritional strategy — specifically, one built around your individual test results — muscle can be preserved while fat loss continues. The approach is precise, evidence-based, and it changes the entire experience of losing weight.

On August 13 at 6:30 PM at Seaman's Hospital in Douglastown NB, this is one of the things I am covering in detail.

Free to attend. Bring a friend. This is the conversation we should all be having.

Are you on a GLP-1 medication and wondering why the results aren't what you hoped for? 💉

You are not alone — and you are not doing it wrong.

GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and Wegovy are genuinely powerful tools. They reduce appetite signals, improve insulin sensitivity, and for many people they produce meaningful results.

But here is what most prescriptions come without: a conversation about why results vary so dramatically from person to person. Why some people lose significant weight and feel incredible — while others lose far less, hit a plateau early, or struggle with side effects.

The difference, more often than not, comes down to what the medication was built on top of. And whether the nutritional foundation underneath it was built for that person's specific biology.

GLP-1s reduce how much you eat. They cannot, on their own, determine what your body needs — which nutrients, in what amounts, for your specific metabolic profile.

That is where test-based nutrition comes in. And that is exactly what I am talking about on August 13 at 6:30 PM at Seaman's Hospital in Douglastown NB.

Free to attend. One evening. If you are on a GLP-1 — or considering one — this is the conversation you need to have first.

You started strong. The scale was moving. You felt hopeful for the first time in a long time. 📉

And then — almost overnight — everything stopped.

You hadn't changed what you were eating. You hadn't stopped moving. You were still doing everything right. But the results had simply disappeared.

If you know this feeling — whether you're on a GLP-1 medication, following a program, or just trying your hardest — you know how demoralising it is. It doesn't feel like a plateau. It feels like failure.

It isn't. It's biology. And it's one of the most common and least-explained parts of the weight loss journey.

The plateau happens for specific, identifiable reasons — reasons that have nothing to do with your discipline and everything to do with what your body needs nutritionally to keep going.

On August 13 at 6:30 PM at Seaman's Hospital in Douglastown NB, I am giving a free talk that explains exactly what is happening when results stall — and what to do about it.

No guesswork. No vague advice. Real clinical science, practical enough to act on immediately.

If you or someone you love has hit a wall, this evening is for you.

You've tried everything. And it hasn't worked the way you hoped. 🧩

The diets. The calorie counting. The exercise routines. The supplements. You have put in the work — real, consistent, honest effort — and the results still don't match what you deserve.

What if the problem was never your willpower?

What if what was missing was the right information — about how your body actually processes weight, what's happening hormonally, and why generic advice will never account for your specific biology?

In my clinical practice, I see this every week. Women who are doing everything they were told to do. Women who are disciplined, committed, and exhausted. And women who are quietly wondering if there is something fundamentally wrong with them.

There isn't. The plan is missing a piece. And once you understand what that piece is, everything changes.

Your hormones feel completely off. You've tried every diet. The scale won't move. Your energy crashes before noon. Your gut is a mess. And you just want someone to finally give you real answers. 🙋‍♀️

If you nodded at any of these — you are not alone, and you are not broken.

These are the signals your body sends when it's going through a hormonal shift — and they deserve more than a "that's just part of aging" response.

Tonight at 5 PM AST, Nerseh Douglas — our Registered Nutritionist — is joining us for a live session inside The Next Chapter Circle to talk about exactly this. How nutrition, gut health, hormones, and metabolism are all connected — and what you can actually do about it.

Here's what The Next Chapter Circle gives you every single week:

🌿 Tuesdays at 7 PM AST — Live teaching and Q&A with Dr. Tiffany

All for $97/month CAD — physician-led, evidence-based, and built for YOU.

Sound familiar? You're eating well, staying consistent, doing everything "right" — and yet the weight just won't budge the way it used to. 😔

Here's the truth: your body has changed. And that's not a failure — that's biology.

During perimenopause and menopause, shifting hormones affect everything — your metabolism, your hunger signals, your energy, your sleep, and even how your body stores fat. What worked in your 30s simply doesn't work the same way anymore.

That's why I created The Next Chapter Circle — a weekly physician-led space where you'll finally get real answers tailored to what your body is going through RIGHT NOW.

Starting July 20, I'm also excited to welcome Nerseh Douglas, Registered Nutritionist, who will be joining us every Monday at 5 PM AST with practical, evidence-based nutrition support designed specifically for women in midlife.

07/28/2026

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in women. And the hormonal shift of menopause is one of its most significant — and least discussed — risk factors. ❤️

Before menopause, estrogen provides substantial cardiovascular protection. It keeps blood vessels flexible, supports a healthy cholesterol balance, reduces systemic inflammation, and maintains insulin sensitivity.

When estrogen declines, all of that changes.

📈 Blood pressure rises — the protective gap women had over men closes rapidly after menopause
🧈 Cholesterol shifts — LDL rises, HDL may fall, triglycerides often increase
🫀 Visceral fat increases — fat stored around the organs directly elevates cardiovascular risk
⚡ Heart attack symptoms present differently in women — fatigue, jaw pain, nausea — and are frequently missed

Cardiovascular risk in women is not inevitable after menopause. But it requires attention — and the conversation needs to start before the risk becomes a crisis.

The window of greatest opportunity is the decade around menopause. Resistance training. Anti-inflammatory nutrition. Blood sugar stability. Stress management. Sleep protection. Knowing your numbers — blood pressure, fasting glucose, lipid panel, hs-CRP.

And having an honest, informed conversation with a clinician about the evidence on hormonal support and cardiovascular protection.

What you do now shapes your heart health for the decades ahead.

Swipe through to understand how hormones protect the heart — and what actually changes when they decline.

💾 Save this and share it with a woman who has never been told about the hormonal dimension of heart health.

If you're ready to address the full picture, join us inside The Next Chapter Circle — live education every Tuesday at 7 PM AST, with open Q&A on the first Tuesday of every month.
