5K, obstacles, foam, mud, laughs, and a whole lot of teamwork! 💪🫧

So proud of this amazing group for showing up, encouraging each other, and tackling every obstacle with smiles on their faces. Events like this are a great reminder that fitness can be challenging, empowering, and a whole lot of fun.

Fast feet + elevated heart rate ⚡️

Single-Arm Lateral Raise with Single-Leg Lift
Balance + shoulder burn = elite combo ✨

Bicep Curls
Simple, classic, effective 💪

Exercise 5:
Squat with 3 Pulses
Feel the burn in your legs + glutes 🔥

Exercise 6:
Band Lat Pulldowns
Back strength without the machine 💪

Exercise 7:
Stability Ball Wall Back Extensions
Strengthen your posterior chain + posture 🤍

Exercise 8:
Stability Ball Wall Oblique Crunches
Core stability with an oblique focus ✨

Complete 3 rounds 🔥

As Crohn’s & Colitis Awareness Month comes to an end, I wanted to share something personal.

Having Crohn’s disease has taught me that health isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, adaptability, and learning to work with your body instead of against it.

Crohn’s disease is a chronic condition that affects the digestive system and can look very different from person to person.

Movement has been one of the anchors that helps me feel more like myself.

Chronic illness can be invisible, but the strength it takes every day is very real. 💜

Option 1, Online Training:
Starting June 1st - July 1st. A new workout will be posted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday by 5:00 am PST. These are 30 Minute pre-recorded follow along workouts. You can access them any time at your own convenience. Goal setting, accountability, and weekly check-ins.
Equipment required: one set of dumbbells.
Investment: $39.00/month
