We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Sally Shana to our professional team here at Shoreside Wellness Centre.

Dr. Shana is a registered Chiropractor with a passion for alleviating pain, improving mobility and enhancing overall well-being through a non-invasive and patient-centered approach. Dr. Sally graduated and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2022 with honours. Prior to that, she attended the University of Toronto and earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education in 2018. Dr. Shana specializes in identifying the root cause and treating musculoskeletal issues, promoting spinal health, and improving overall bodily function through hands-on spinal manual manipulations and personalized treatment plans.

Appointments with Dr. Shana are now available on Monday and Wednesday from 2-7 pm.
