Sometimes anxiety sounds so convincing that we mistake it for intuition.
But there’s usually a difference.
Anxiety is loud.
It repeats itself.
It creates ten different worst-case scenarios and demands an answer right now.
Intuition is quieter.
It says:
“Slow down.”
“Pay attention.”
“Something feels off.”
One creates panic.
The other creates awareness.
That doesn’t mean every feeling is automatically the truth. But it does mean your inner response is worth listening to, especially after the fear settles.
Take a breath.
Take a walk.
Sleep on it.
Then ask yourself:
What message is still there when the noise disappears?
Your strongest feeling is not always your wisest voice.
Save this for the next time you’re trying to figure out whether it’s intuition or anxiety.
