▫️Alyssa is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 8 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, and reconnect with their bodies.

▫️Her treatment approach combines evidence-informed manual therapy with a holistic understanding of how the body’s systems work together. She incorporates a variety of techniques including acupuncture, cupping therapy, fascial stretching, and specialized TMJ treatment to address the root causes of discomfort and dysfunction.

▫️Alyssa has a particular interest in supporting nervous system regulation, helping clients move from a state of stress and tension toward one of balance, recovery, and resilience.

▫️ Drawing from her background in movement and pilates, Alyssa believes lasting results come from combining hands-on treatment with education, corrective exercises, and practical stretches that clients can incorporate into their daily lives. Calma Health & Wellness is opening next week in Lakeview Mississauga, on Monday, May 11th at 9:00 AM.

We’re open Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday’s 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

We’re located less than a minute walk from Lakeshore staple - Dairy Cream!🍦📍

We’re starting off with chiropractic services offered by Dr. Nicole, who provides personalized evidence-based care to help you get back to moving, feeling and living better!
