May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a reminder that supporting mental health is not just a conversation for individuals, but a responsibility for workplaces that want their people to thrive.
This month, I had the opportunity to lead a workplace wellness session with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, focused on practical strategies to support mental health in a demanding, high-performance environment.
Organizations that create space for these conversations understand that employee wellbeing is foundational to performance, engagement, and culture. Mental health, but also stress, burnout, sleep, and emotional resilience all shape how teams lead, collaborate, and show up day to day.
Love to work with organizations like MLSE that continue to prioritize health education and strategy as part of building stronger teams.
