Through our Life Enrichment program, residents have the chance to explore a wide range of creative projects, from painting to paper crafts, each one shaped by the artist's own style and imagination. The finished pieces are colourful, thoughtful, and wonderfully individual. We're so lucky because every time one of the art classes is over, it's like we're visiting a local art show!

Watching an artist work is one thing. Seeing your own portrait come to life is something else entirely. During a recent program at The Shores, residents sat for live digital caricatures, watching each illustration take shape before taking home a one-of-a-kind keepsake. It was a fun afternoon filled with creativity, and plenty of smiles as every portrait captured a little more than just a face.
