Mild traumatic brain injuries can affect many athletes participating in contact sports. While some concussions resolve on their own within 3/4 weeks, some may experience symptoms of post concussion syndrome long after their injury.

There are several different ways in which physiotherapy treats concussions and post concussion syndrome. Style of treatment always depends on severity of the mTBI.
