Dr. Anisko is a 2007 graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and currently practices in Mississauga. She has traveled with the National Springboard and Platform Diving team as their chiropractor and was the Lead Therapist for Aquatics for the 2015 Toronto 2015 Pan American Games. She is certified and uses the following techniques as an adjunct in practice:

Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University
Active Release Technique (ART),
Graston Technique (GT),
KinesioTaping Method (CKTP),
Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation (FAKTR),
Trained in strength and conditioning (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

Wishing Nathaniel Mechler the best of luck as he competes for Canada in Bydgoszcz, Poland at the 2016 IAAF World U20 Track and Field Championships in the Decathlon. He is a super star athlete that I've had the pleasure to help since he was a young teen. I can't wait to see him at the Olympics in four years!

If I wasn't pregnant and my Polish was better, I would have loved to be his chiropractor and translator!
