Your elbow pain or tennis elbow might not actually be coming from your tendon… 👀⚠️
A lot of people are told it’s tendonitis or overuse… so they stretch, ice, and keep chasing temporary relief 😵💫
But what if the real issue is a stuck radial nerve?
The radial nerve travels down the back of your arm and crosses the outside of your elbow — and when the surrounding tissues become restricted, it can contribute to:
🔥 chronic elbow pain
🔥 symptoms that feel like tennis elbow
🔥 aching along the outside of the forearm
🔥 weakness or discomfort with gripping and lifting
So even if you keep treating the tendon… the problem doesn’t always go away ❌
Because the nerve may not be moving the way it’s supposed to.
By identifying areas of restriction around the radial nerve and working to improve tissue mobility, we help patients move better and get back to doing the things they love ✅💥
