I’m a registered acupuncturist and certified Bowen therapist, I’m also someone who believes that healing is about helping people feel strong, balanced, and at home in their bodies. Whether you’re an athlete recovering from an injury, navigating fertility challenges, or just looking to feel better in your day-to-day life, I’m here to help.
I’ve been in holistic health for over 10 years, and my approach is all about supporting the body’s natural ability to heal—because I truly believe that when we give it the right tools, it knows exactly what to do. As an endurance athlete and someone who has struggled with chronic health challenges firsthand, I also know how much our bodies do for us—and how important it is to care for them with patience and kindness.
I love working with people who are ready to invest in themselves. I want us to be a team, working together to bring about your best health. My goal is to make each session a space where you can breathe, reset, and move toward feeling your best—whatever that looks like for you.
