🦵 Knee pain? Try these simple exercises

If your knees feel stiff, sore, or uncomfortable during walking, stairs, workouts, or daily activities, gentle movement may help improve strength and support around the joint.

Try these:
✔️Heel slides - slide your heel to bend and straighten your leg - 10 reps
✔️Quad sets- tighten the front thigh muscle and hold 5-10 seconds, 10 reps
✔️Short arc- strengthen the quads without excessive knee bending 10 reps

💡 Tips:
• Move within a comfortable range
• Stop if pain worsens
• Consistency matters more than intensity

Persistent knee pain isn’t always caused by the knee itself—movement patterns, hips, ankles, and daily habits can also play a role.

📍If knee pain is limiting your activities, an assessment can help determine what’s contributing and what exercises are most appropriate for you.

Does your hand fall asleep? Do you experience numbness or tingling into your hand?

If you’re experiencing symptoms like those it’s a good chance your arm nerves have been effected.

Here are 3 different nerve flossing techniques for 3 different nerves that are commonly affected.

+ Radial Nerve

These are great to get those nerves moving! Try 5x of each exercise.

Plantar fasciitis isn’t just “heel pain” — it’s your body asking for support 👣

That sharp pain with your first steps in the morning? It could be inflammation of the plantar fascia, the band that supports your arch.

✨ Common causes:
• Overuse (running, standing long hours)
• Poor footwear
• Tight calves & Achilles
• Sudden increase in activity

💡 What helps:
• Stretch your calves + arches daily
• Wear supportive shoes (even at home!)
• Strengthen foot muscles
• Don’t ignore early pain — it gets worse if you do

🚫 Pushing through pain isn’t a badge of honor — it delays healing.

Your feet carry you everywhere. Take care of them.

Chiropractic care isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Some visits need a focused check-in. Others need more time and attention.
That’s why appointments are structured by time — so care remains thoughtful, unrushed, and tailored to how you’re feeling that day.
Clear options. Consistent support. Care that adapts.
If you’re unsure which appointment length to book, I’m always happy to help.

Self-care isn’t selfish — it’s self-love ❤️
Whether you’re dealing with tension, headaches, low back pain, or training hard in the gym… your body deserves attention.
This Valentine’s Day, commit to feeling your best.
Your future self will thank you. 💫
