Stretch of the Week: Seated Hamstring Stretch
Tight hamstrings can contribute to lower back pain, poor posture, and reduced mobility.
How to do it:
Sit on the floor with one leg extended.
Keep your back straight and gently reach toward your toes.
Hold for 20–30 seconds and repeat 2–3 times on each side.
✅ Improves flexibility
✅ Reduces muscle tension
✅ Supports better posture
✅ Helps prevent injuries
Remember: Stretch gently and never force the movement!
