Cancellation Policy
To help us provide the best care for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policy.
24 Hours' Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking another appointment.
No-Show Appointments: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
Late Arrivals: If you are 15 minutes or more late without contacting us, your appointment may be considered a no-show, cancelled, and the applicable 50% no-show fee will apply.
