Today I received an email that really made me reflect on just how much of an impact True Balance has created in so many lives. This week specifically I’ve had multiple clients reach out personally to thank me for the level of care I provide for each and every client of mine!

Today I was informed that I’ve been nominated for Community Votes Moncton 2026!

This wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of my clients so I want to thank you all for this!

What happens next?

Dylan has been an RMT and energetic practitioner in the Greater Moncton area for the past 12 years. Alongside continuing to grow their own practice, they are passionate about shaping the future of the profession through their leadership in the Massage Therapy Program.

Dylan enjoys blending a variety of techniques to support the mind-body connection, helping clients uncover patterns held within the body and move toward living the life of their dreams.

When they’re not working with clients or teaching, you’ll find them embracing their creativity, exploring the outdoors, cooking, or planning their next travel adventure.

✨ I am SO happy to finally share my NEW LOCATION! ✨

Welcome to True Balance Massage Therapy Inc.

After a month of non-stop prepping, organizing, and bringing this vision to life, we are officially ready to welcome clients into our new space—and I couldn’t be more excited!

This move marks the beginning of something I’ve dreamed about for a long time, and seeing it all come together feels truly surreal. While there’s still more to come, I am so proud of how far we’ve come and grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way.

You’ll continue to see updates as we settle in and make this space even more beautiful and welcoming. This is just the beginning!

I’ve been keeping a little secret… and it’s finally time to share 🤍

True Balance is relocating as of June 1st!

This new space is just 8 minutes from my current location at Silk, and I’ll now be located on West Main St, above DIY Studio.

With this exciting move comes a fresh new logo and an additional treatment room, allowing me to welcome another practitioner and better support all of your care needs.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially welcomed a new practitioner into my space at True Balance Massage Therapy Inc.

Josee Grant, a Reiki Practitioner, is now offering calming and restorative Reiki sessions designed to help you restore your true balance and the peace you may be missing in your life.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy-healing practice that encourages relaxation, reduces stress, and supports emotional and energetic well-being. Through light touch or hands-off techniques, Reiki helps harmonize the body’s natural energy flow.

Josee is now accepting clients of all ages, with flexible hours—including evenings and weekends—to better support your busy schedule.

We are incredibly excited to have her join us!
