✨ To answer all these questions;

- A Lymphatic Drainage Massage is very relaxing and soft as we are working/pumping your lymph nodes to funtion properly and efficiently.
Also, NO you will not bruise from it, as mentioned, our goal is to flush out excessive fluids in your body and reduce bloating. It is beneficial for people who has lots of water rention, IBS problems, constipation, heavy legs and soo much more….

- We cannot tell you how many sessions you need to see results as everyone is completely different. Most of the time, your first session, you can see and feel differently.

- You cannot lose 10 pounds from a session or else, I WOULD DO IT ON MYSELF 😂🫠 but jokes aside, you will reduce water retention and/or excessive fluids which can feel like you “ lost some weight “ ( Hence, less water or bloating, can show on a scale for some people 😉)
