Pregnancy problems 😂 I’ll lift the weights no problem, but don’t ask me to get up from the floor 😅

Little man came in with gas pain, pain while passing p**p and regurgitations. Worked on some muscle tension in his spine and neck, as well as hip and pelvic mobility. I also released his diaphragm and the left side of his neck and chest.

He felt so much better and was all smiles during the session and was ready for a feed and a nap right after 🥰
