2022-03-03, one of our 28 year old patients came to see our naturopath for treatment. She said her issues were chest pressure and restricted breathing. Chest pain during deep breathing. Difficulty falling asleep. She had a heart attack in the last few years.

The result of our naturopath's consultation + palpation examination: Improper lifting of heavy objects impacted the intercostal muscles, serratus anterior, pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, etc., compressing the nerves, limiting breathing. Heart attack recurrence was ruled out.
