Rose ANGEL is a gesture of love, and a sign of the change Hi Everyone. My name is Rosie, and I am the owner and founder of Rose Angel.

As a child, I was able to see and hear spirits. I never really feared any of it until I got a little older. Once I was old enough to understand the dark entities is when I started to have fear. At the age of 10 ish is when I began to suppress my gifts. There was one night where I felt my bed shaking and lifting. I also felt sleep paralysis. From that moment on, I blocked all my gifts. As I grew ol

der, I would still be able to "see" things happen in the future but chalked it up to a coincidence because I didn't want to believe it. Once I reached my 20's the growing feeling inside me that I was meant to help people kept getting stronger... Eventually, I suffered severe depression. Then I had kids, and post-partum depression settled in, and I felt like I was in a vicious cycle of self-destruction. When I turned 32, I had enough of the crying and self-sabotage. I took my life by the horns and sought out a medium/healer. My angels guided me to where I needed to be. I had a reading and an energy healing. From that moment on, I had awakened again. My intuition was stronger, I was able to "see" things again, and I heard my guides and Angels. I had finally found my path. This is why I started Rose Angel. I want to use my gifts to help people. To guide, to heal and to enlighten. I am here to hold space for all of you. Spiritual Guidance/councillor

Emotional Exhaustion

Sometimes exhaustion isn’t just physical.

Sometimes it’s carrying too much for too long.
Holding emotions in your body.
Staying in survival mode so long that your nervous system forgets how to soften.

It’s about creating space for your body, mind, and spirit to reconnect and regulate.

Place one hand on your heart.
One hand on your womb.

Close your eyes.

Take 5 slow breaths into your lower belly.

Whisper:

“I release what is not mine.”
“I call my power back.”
“My womb is safe. My body is safe.”

Do this for 5 minutes before bed.
