The choice we make to show up for ourselves daily is a powerful one ✨

Make it count. Make it fun.

As someone who likes to have control, this is something I struggled with for years 🤍

The truth is perfection is unattainable and its pursuit can be very limiting. We’re meant to learn & grow 🌱

There’s a sense of freedom & expansion that comes from being at peace with good enough. The outcome of your efforts is out of your control. What matters is how you show up. It’s how you invest in what you value.

When you show up for yourself, life meets you where you are. You are supported 🤍

I challenge you to check in with yourself by asking what you need most today — then make it your top priority.

If this sounds impossible, it’s because too much of your effort is spent tending to others needs before your own. Allow this to serve as a gentle reminder that you are the one responsible for taking the best care of yourself.

Self-care is a choice. Self-love is a process. You start where you are and you build 🧱💛

I love working from this space, especially during a change in season. 🍃🍂🍁

Nature has a way of gently grounding you so that you can silence distractions from the outside and listen to the wisdom of your inner voice.

From this space, I listen and help guide clients through change: habits they want to break - habits they want to make - emotional regulation they want to learn -
self-love & confidence they want to build - goals they want to achieve - life transitions they’re navigating - lessons learned they want to carry forward.

We grow with time and experience. The power to change what is no longer serving your highest growth will always lie within YOU.

How different and more accepting of yourself would you be if you allowed transitions (just like changes in season) to remind you that with change comes growth & beauty? 🌱💛

Love and care for your body the way you would care for your best friend, because that’s precisely what it is 🫶🏼

Six years ago, I travelled to India 🇮🇳💛

Visiting India was something I always wanted to do, however the experience changed me in more ways than I could have ever imagined. I met some of the most incredible people; many of which blossomed into precious friendships. Looking back, it marked the beginning of a new life, and ultimately, a new me 🦋

I was never one to be satisfied with going through the motions on autopilot but more than ever, I seeked to live a life of Passion & Purpose ✨💫✨

I began to trust my intuition… at first with the little things and as that voice grew louder, with bigger decisions. Without exception, the more I leaned into my inner knowing, the more fulfilling my days became because I was aligned with the life I was creating 🌱🤍

The lesson here is to get to know yourself — really get to know yourself. Intuition comes effortlessly to children. As adults, we might have to dig a little deeper to rediscover it. Often times, that soft voice fades into the background of our beliefs and conditioning. But just like a treasure, it remains there waiting to be explored 💎

I promise, if there’s one person you’re meant to get to know, it’s YOU!! 🌟
And if you’re brave enough to create the life you dream of, the universe will support you in the most unimaginable ways 🤍💛🤍
That’s abundance and there’s enough for all of us!!! 🫶🏼

I often ask this question:
“How are you nourishing yourself?”

Food, water, movement, rest, breathwork, fun, good quality sleep, empowering mindset, supportive relationships, etc.

Are you in balance? If not, what are some things you can spend more time doing to get there? If you want to learn more about restoring balance in your body-mind-spirit, ask to schedule a complimentary call with me 🌱

Life’s a balance between rest & movement, giving & receiving 💛
