We had such an amazing day on May 21, welcoming community and therapists in our cosy space. Sometimes it seems unreal how far we’ve come: dreaming up this project in 2017 and bringing it to fruition to the point where we are well established and able to support not only our community but also each other. We are on pause until the fall now, and are already looking forward to the early morning buzz of studio 414 upon returning: preparations and continuing to normalize care… caring for ourselves, caring for each other, caring for our community, caring for space, just caring.🌱 Happy summer folks, please reach out if you need us, you know how to find us.
