29 people joined us in the park carrying the weight of a busy week—and left fully grounded, reset, and reconnected.

Last night’s Vagus Nerve Restoration Workshop was pure magic. We spent two hours diving deep into somatic breathwork and gentle nervous system regulation techniques, all designed to pull us out of “fight-or-flight” and straight into “rest-and-digest.”
Seeing the visible shift in the group—from tense shoulders to deep, peaceful smiles—is everything. A huge thank you to all 29 of you who showed up, trusted the process, and took the time to care for your bodies at the cellular level.

Drop a 🤍 in the comments if you’re ready to join us for the next one!

Breathe into Ease

Narayani’s team is at Sivananda Ashram in Val-Morin, sharing a practical program designed to restore healthy breathing patterns and explore how our breath influences the mind, nervous system, posture, sleep, and energy.

Join us for Breathe into Ease — it’s our pleasure to share this work with you. 💛

A beautiful afternoon of connection and discovery. ✨

Together we explored:
🧠 Assess Your Nervous System
🚶 Discover Your Walking Pattern
🌿 Breathe
🧘 Yoga Nidra

Seeing everyone experience these simple yet powerful practices—and then stay to connect, share, laugh, and enjoy each other’s friendship—made the day truly special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. This is just the beginning. 💛

You book a hotel last minute in a new country…
you arrive expecting just a place to sleep…

and then you walk in and find not only a yoga hall —
but a space with your own teacher’s photos on the wall.

What do you even call this?

Chance?
Synchronicity?
Or something that was already waiting for you before you arrived.

The deepest light is not found outside of us—it is already within, waiting to be uncovered through awareness, practice, and conscious living.

With each breath, each moment of presence, and each step on the path, the noise of the mind begins to settle.

What we seek is often not something to attain, but something to remember.

Happy International Day of Yoga.

Five years ago I was that diver. 🤿
The one surfacing early, signalling “low on air”.

Every descent — shallow chest, tight ribs, fast breath.

Then I started a daily pranayama practice.
Not for diving. Just for life.

Slow breath. Full exhales. Learning to exhale completely before the next inhale.

Five years later — I come back from every dive with half a tank still full. 🌊

Same body. Same lungs. Same ocean.
Completely different breathing pattern.

Your breath is your most underrated tool — on land and at depth.
Train it on the mat first. 🧘‍♀️

The trail was the practice.

Walking, climbing, balancing, breathing.

A few yoga poses in the heart of Wadi Mujib, surrounded by water, rock, and silence.

Nature is the most beautiful yoga studio.

This video comes from « Vagus Nerve Anatomy and Regulation Training » in Dubai with Professor Ludmila Vasilieva.
What touched me most was not only the science — but how deeply it connects with what I observe every day in practice.
During the training, I had the chance to share some of my clinical experience: how often jaw and tongue tension reflect a deeper state of inner holding… and how, when this area softens, the whole system begins to shift.
The muscles of the jaw and tongue are closely linked to the pathways of the vagus nerve. When we hold tension here (often unconsciously), it can keep the body in a state of subtle stress: shallow breath, tight throat, restless mind.
Gentle release of the jaw, softening the tongue, and bringing awareness to this area can send a signal of safety to the body.
Sometimes, a simple shift — unclenching, exhaling, softening — can open the door to deeper relaxation.
Small area… powerful effect.

Three months in India—less an ending, more something quietly continuing.

Grateful to the Sivananda ashram for the simplicity, the rhythm, and the depth in every moment.

To the friendships, the shared spaces, and everyone who joined our workshops—thank you for your presence and trust.

Leaving with a full heart, grounded and gently changed.
