Our Continued Education continues with —Prenatal Teacher Training (15hrs) — October 16, 17, 18, 2026.

Empower yourself to guide moms-to-be safely through their pregnancy with gentle, healing movement.

This training covers anatomy, physiology, trimester-specific modifications, breathwork, labor preparation, and the emotional journey of pregnancy, equipping teachers with the skills to support expecting mothers on and off the mat.
