You cannot treat a disease. You need to treat the host of that disease. Masking a disease is not healing a disease. You need to work with a good practitioner and you need to put the hard work in to changing your lifestyle.

If your doctor is not able to diagnose you, do not give up. Turn over every stone.
Find every research paper.
Go to every Facebook group that you can imagine associated with your symptoms.

Most doctors are pretty clueless when it comes to vertigo. I was very lucky that I found somebody on the Internet, who had been through the same thing as me and she had done her research.

Herpes associated vertigo is also very deeply connected to Ménière’s disease.
