And we somehow call this humility..

Let this be your reminder that humility has NOTHING to do with questioning yourself, but everything to do with serving others.

It is a disservice to others when you don’t learn to exercise your full potential and leaving ideas on a piece of paper or in our minds.

Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell said it best. The richest place on earth is the graveyard where ideas go to die.

Remember that with God by your side and your obedience in line, who could ever stop you.

If you’re ever start questioning yourself, here’s my tip to you. Remember the God that you serve and the calling that was put into your life to manifest on this earth.

If we are so fearfully and wonderfully made by our God, who are we to question our purpose.

➡️Understanding that you’re just a vessel being used to execute God’s plan is true humility.
➡️Understanding that the ideas in your mind that give you a fire that you can’t describe and don’t come from you but come from God is true humility.
➡️Understanding that you’re wisdom is nowhere compared to God’s wisdom is true humility.
➡️And understanding that you’re here on this earth to love others through the talented work that you do is true humility.

So don’t mix up humility and self sabotage because they’re not the safe.

Stop calling it "responsibility." Sometimes it's just fear wearing a work badge.

I traded burnout for a life I actually designed — not because the math made sense, but because staying stopped making sense to my soul.

And I have a degree and I stand by this.

I grew up as a millennial and if you know, YOU KNOW.

The ideal/typical life that we were taught to pursue was get an education, find a stable job, and live.

While getting an education or some sort is still VERY important, let's be real. Is this method still effective in today's time? Not entirely (you still need to go to nursing school if you want to be a nurse ya'll).

I'm talking to the people who are in their "stable" job/business but sincerely & chronically struggling or unhappy.

Here's a question for you.

What is stability anyways when you're unstable in your physical and mental health?

I can promise you that if you have the audacity to stay in the things that make you a machine, you are just waiting to burst with the audacity to change the narrative of your life.

And no, nothing has gone to waste! You developed amazing skills over the years with all the school and work, now it's time to tap in!

Creating connections is one of my favourite parts of business.

Meeting new people. Hearing their stories. Working towards an authentic relationship.

We sometimes go into these networking events with a goal to make a transaction when in fact a transaction won’t be what changes your life, it’s a relationship and the actual connection that you’re having in that very moment.

It’s that one phrase that changes your entire perspective.
Something that a transaction can never give you.

Yes, a transaction is obviously great but not how we should be leading ourselves, especially in today’s times.

With AI on the rise (as much as it’s super helpful), people desire connection and authenticity. They seek your X-factor.

It’s something I teach my clients all the time and I’ll say it over and over again. You 👏🏽 are 👏🏽 the 👏🏽 niche 👏🏽

Be more interesting that your degree.

Besides my degree doesn't take me anywhere, I take it with me, okay?

Let me explain!

At the beginning, your degree, that course, anything that you worked hard for, will help open doors and get you to your starting point.

But here's the kicker! It's not meant to be that way forever!

You are meant to drive the car of your career, your life, everything.

You will have experiences that will shape you and learn all of the gaps, the things you don't like and if you open your mind, you'll fill in those gaps if it's in God's will.

But here's something you need to know first!

Identifying by my profession was my biggest mistake.
I am beyond my profession.
I am an amazing human being that God created me to be.

So humble yourself. Learn as much as you can. Observe. And make yourself the niche.
