👉 Spartan Toronto Sprint/Super
👉 Tamarack Ottawa 10km, Half Marathon
Today was .fit Strong at in Ottawa. put up a new PR of 14:23 (previous best of 15:35).
It can be hard to cover all bases for athletes competing in Spartan and Deka and Hyrox and trail (all in the same season), but we do our best to make sure we're always hitting all necessary energy systems and staying sharp on race specific movements/techniques/machines that can make or break a race (ex: ski erg, row, assault bike, and of course running).
