Annie: OMG baby, the Wanderlust yoga festival in Tremblant is on the same date as our wedding anniversary! How amazing would it be to go together!

I don't know if you remember how we manifested Free tickets last year but I guess we are up for the challenge again this year!

Second: Listen to our intuition! It could be to pick up a piece of paper or to talk to a stranger, who knows!

We are all about 100% natural approach to our health and the health of our kids!

We are also very budget conscious at the moment since we haven't won the lotto yet (just kidding) so we love to make our own cleaning and cleansing products.

Here is a super quick and simple (and very inexpensive) DIY tooth paste recipe!

1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp baking soda
20 drops of Pure Organic Peppermint Oil

We got too busy last night that we forgot to cook the girls lunch for today!
The friends at daycare are having veggy balls (which contain gluten) so I improvised some gluten free ones very last minute!
They turned out pretty good I must say!
