🚨 T’as mal à l’épaule? Arrête de simplement masquer la douleur! 💊🧊

🚨 STOP telling people that exercise destroys their joints.

Seriously, it’s 2026. We should know better by now.

🏋️ Deadlifts don’t magically destroy your back.

🦵 Leg presses don’t destroy your knees.

💪 Even behind-the-neck presses can be perfectly safe for the right person.

Your joints are NOT made of glass. 🦴

As a physiotherapist and kinesiologist, one of my biggest goals is to help people STOP fearing movement.

❌ Stop asking: “Is this exercise BAD?”

✅ Start asking: “Is this exercise appropriate for MY body, mobility, strength and capacity?”

The problem isn’t the exercise. It’s how you use it.

Healthcare professionals should be educating people, not scaring them away from movement.

📩 Send this to someone who’s still afraid of deadlifts.

You say you train hard.
But you stop every set at 10-12 reps, the moment it gets uncomfortable….

Then blame your genetics. Your program. Your supplements. For the lack of results. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ask yourself:
How many reps did you ACTUALLY have left? 💪

Be honest. Your effort might need an upgrade.

And if you’re not sure how to do it?

📩 DM me “TRAIN” and let’s unlock your true potential!

More volume isn’t always more gains. 📈💪

If you need 20+ sets per muscle just to see progress, the first thing I’d question isn’t your volume… it’s the quality of your training.

Before adding more sets, make sure you’re actually:

🔥 Training HARD
🎯 Using good technique
📈 Progressively overloading
😴 Sleeping & recovering
🍚 Eating enough to support growth

If 8 hard sets are making you grow, why the hell would I give you 15?

I’d rather start with the lowest effective volume, maximize the quality of every set, and only add volume when training + recovery are on point and progress starts to plateau.

Don’t do more just to do more. Train better first. 🧠💪

I coach advanced lifters — including other coaches — who want to push their physique and performance to the next level.

📩 DM me “COACHING” if you want your training built around you.

Good care starts with listening and understanding.

For me, that means taking the time to assess, explain, and build a plan that fits your life, then adjusting it as you progress. 🎯

You should leave knowing what you’re working on, why it matters, and what to do next. 🙌🏼
