Founded in Paris in 1907 by Dr. Jean Casimir Félix Guyon, the SIU now serves its members from its Central Office in Montréal, Canada. Among existing urological societies, the SIU is unique in its international scope and its desire to effect positive and sustainable change in nations across the world.

The Endourology Division at Indiana University invites healthcare professionals involved in endourological care to participate in a brief, voluntary, anonymous survey. This study explores how surgeon and patient preferences, sociocultural factors, and menstrual cycle timing may influence the scheduling of elective endourological procedures, an area with very limited published evidence.
