In order to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 we will not be offering in home physiotherapy until further notice. The majority of our clients are seniors so we are following the recommendations of our professional order and our government and staying home. I urge you to do the same.

A physiotherapist’s goal is to GET YOU MOVING. That means getting you to a place where you can be at your best functional capacity, maintaining that and then helping you to prevent injuries. Physiotherapy typically involves hands-on treatment, including manual therapy, and therapeutic massage, treatment with machines and individualized home exercise programs, however, there is so much more encompassed in this profession that makes it so valuable in so many ways.
