Que fait une Doula? O que a Doula faz? What does Doula do?
La Doula est une personne qui aidera la femme enceinte pendant la grossesse à l'accouchement et après l'accouchement. Elle fera des massages, supportera la femme pendant ce moment intense. Elle pourra calmer le couple et faire l'interface entre l'équipe médicale et la famille. Elle aide la femme à se concentrer, relaxer et se calmer pour vivre pleinement la naissance
A Doula é a pessoa que ajudará a gestante e sua família durante a gravidez, parto e pós-parto. Ela fará massagens, ajudará com a chegada do bêbê, dará informações ao casal sobre todo o processo de trabalho de parto, suportará a parturiente durante esse momento intenso. Ela faz a interface entre equipe médica e casal. Elle ajudará a gestante a se concentrar, a se acalmar para viver plenamente o nascimento.
