Dimanche dernier, j’ai eu la joie et le privilège d’animer ma cinquième promenade de bain de forêt au Jardin Botanique De Montreal.

C’est un merveilleux partenariat avec Amis du Jardin botanique et je suis reconnaissante de pouvoir proposer cette pratique qui permet de découvrir ce joyau de la ville de manière lente, sensorielle et relationnelle.

Et n’oubliez pas ! Si vous possédez la carte Accès Montréal, vous pouvez accéder gratuitement aux jardins extérieurs.

Last Sunday I had the joy and privilege of guiding my 5th forest bathing walk at the Jardin Botanique De Montreal.

It has been a wonderful partnership with Amis du Jardin botanique over the years, and I am grateful to be able to offer this practice to experience this jewel of the city in a slow, sensorial, relational way.

And don't forget! If you have the Accès Montreal card you can access the outdoor gardens for free.

Last Friday I had the joy of guiding a forest bathing walk for a wonderful group of folks from Concordia's Contemplative Pedagogy Faculty Interest Group at the .arboretum.

It was a beautiful morning replete with the energizing songs of spring migrants (rose breasted grosbeaks and ovenbirds took centre stage), a dewy fresh canopy, and deep gratitude. A barred owl even responded to my call -- "over and over announcing [our] place in the family of things."

Yesterday's "Spring Ephemerals: An Art & Forest Bathing Experience" with a wonderful group of women (and of course trilliums, trout lilies, bloodroot, chickadees, jack in the pulpit, wood ducks, delicate new leaves, and painted turtles, among other good company) on a sublime May morning.

Le « Éphémères printanières : bain de forêt & éveil créatif », d'hier, en compagnie d'un groupe de femmes formidables (et bien sûr les trilles, les érythrones, les sanguinaires, les mésanges, les arisèmes petit-prêcheur, les canards branchus, les feuilles nouvelles et les tortues peintes, parmi d'autres bons compagnons) sous un beau soleil de mai.
