🌿 As my practice continues to grow and evolve, so do the ways I care for the people who walk through my door.
One of those changes has been the addition of my Acu-Still treatments, a gentle blend of acupuncture and Craniosacral Therapy.
Although they've been quietly available on my booking page since July, I realized I've never really shared what they are or what inspired me to create them.
Both acupuncture and Craniosacral Therapy support the body's natural ability to regulate, heal, and find its way back to balance, each through its own unique, yet beautifully complementary approach.
Acupuncture gently communicates with the body's systems, while Craniosacral Therapy uses a light, attentive touch to invite the body into a place of stillness. Together, they create the conditions where the body can rest, regulate, and heal.
To me, they beautifully reflect the philosophy of yin and yang, not opposing forces, but complementary ones. Sometimes the body needs gentle encouragement toward balance. Other times it simply needs the space to slow down, soften, and receive.
Over time, through treating patients and witnessing how naturally these two approaches complemented one another, Acu-Still began to take shape. I wanted to create a space where people could simply arrive exactly as they are.
A place where there is nothing to fix and nothing to force, only an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and allow the body the time and space to do what it was designed to do.
These treatments are intentionally slower, quieter, and deeply restorative, and may be supportive for:
🌿 Stress & anxiety
🌿 Burnout & emotional overwhelm
🌿 Nervous system regulation
🌿 Persistent pain & chronic tension
🌿 Headaches & migraines
🌿 TMJ & jaw tension
🌿 Sleep concerns
🌿 Fatigue
🌿 Or anyone simply longing for a moment to slow down.
Healing doesn't always come from doing more.
Sometimes it begins by slowing down.
Sometimes the smallest shifts become the ones that create the deepest change.
Sometimes it begins by coming home to yourself and allowing your nervous system the time and space it needs to rest, regulate, and restore. 🤍
If you've been curious about Acu-Still or wondering if it might be the right fit for you, I'd be happy to answer any questions.
