🌿 Community Care Acupuncture
Care Within Reach.

Because everyone deserves the opportunity to receive thoughtful care, even during seasons when accessing it may feel out of reach.

Sometimes the biggest barrier to caring for ourselves isn't knowing what we need—it's simply being able to access it.

Over the past year, I've met many people who wanted to continue acupuncture but found the cost difficult to fit into their current season of life. Some had used up their insurance benefits. Others had little or no coverage. Some were simply doing their best to balance the rising cost of everyday life while still wanting to care for their health.

That stayed with me.

As I reflected on how I could make care a little more accessible while still providing thoughtful, individualized treatments, the idea for Community Care Acupuncture began to grow.

Beginning this fall, I'll be offering Community Care Acupuncture every other Saturday at Cedar & Sea.
These appointments are designed for follow-up patients and will be:

🤍 Approximately 30–40 minutes
🤍 Focused on one primary concern
🤍 $60 per treatment
* (An initial acupuncture assessment is required before booking Community Care appointments.)

This offering may be a good fit if you:

• Have little or no extended health coverage.
• Have already used your acupuncture benefits for the year.
• Are navigating a tighter financial season.
• Would benefit from more consistent treatments to build momentum in your care.

The intention is simple:

To help make ongoing acupuncture care a little more accessible during seasons when it might otherwise feel out of reach.

For the next few months, I'll be offering Community Care Acupuncture as a trial while I listen to our community and learn how this offering can best serve those who need it. My hope is to create something that is both meaningful for the people it supports and sustainable for my small practice.

Because of that, there will be a limited number of Community Care appointments available, and I kindly ask that these spaces are booked thoughtfully so they remain available for those they're intended to support.

Whether you're seeking support for pain, stress, sleep, digestion, headaches, or simply hoping to maintain the progress you've already made, I hope this offering helps make ongoing care feel a little more within reach.

If this offering allows even one more person to receive the care they need during a season when it might not have otherwise been possible, I'll consider it a meaningful success.

I truly believe healthcare should meet people where they are. This is one small way I hope to give back to the people who have so warmly welcomed and supported Rooted Willow, while helping make care a little more accessible for those who may benefit from it. I'm looking forward to seeing how this offering grows alongside the needs of our community.

🌿 As my practice continues to grow and evolve, so do the ways I care for the people who walk through my door.

One of those changes has been the addition of my Acu-Still treatments, a gentle blend of acupuncture and Craniosacral Therapy.

Although they've been quietly available on my booking page since July, I realized I've never really shared what they are or what inspired me to create them.

Both acupuncture and Craniosacral Therapy support the body's natural ability to regulate, heal, and find its way back to balance, each through its own unique, yet beautifully complementary approach.

Acupuncture gently communicates with the body's systems, while Craniosacral Therapy uses a light, attentive touch to invite the body into a place of stillness. Together, they create the conditions where the body can rest, regulate, and heal.

To me, they beautifully reflect the philosophy of yin and yang, not opposing forces, but complementary ones. Sometimes the body needs gentle encouragement toward balance. Other times it simply needs the space to slow down, soften, and receive.

Over time, through treating patients and witnessing how naturally these two approaches complemented one another, Acu-Still began to take shape. I wanted to create a space where people could simply arrive exactly as they are.

A place where there is nothing to fix and nothing to force, only an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and allow the body the time and space to do what it was designed to do.

These treatments are intentionally slower, quieter, and deeply restorative, and may be supportive for:

🌿 Stress & anxiety
🌿 Burnout & emotional overwhelm
🌿 Nervous system regulation
🌿 Persistent pain & chronic tension
🌿 Headaches & migraines
🌿 TMJ & jaw tension
🌿 Sleep concerns
🌿 Fatigue
🌿 Or anyone simply longing for a moment to slow down.

Healing doesn't always come from doing more.
Sometimes it begins by slowing down.
Sometimes the smallest shifts become the ones that create the deepest change.
Sometimes it begins by coming home to yourself and allowing your nervous system the time and space it needs to rest, regulate, and restore. 🤍

If you've been curious about Acu-Still or wondering if it might be the right fit for you, I'd be happy to answer any questions.

A Few Openings Tomorrow 🌿

I have two appointments available tomorrow:
🤍 11:00 AM
🤍 2:30 PM

Whether you're looking for a traditional acupuncture treatment to help with pain, stress, headaches, digestion, sleep, or overall wellness.....or you're simply feeling like your nervous system could use a gentler approach, I also offer my Acu-Still treatments — a calming blend of acupuncture and Craniosacral Therapy designed to help the body slow down, settle, and restore.

These treatments are especially supportive if you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally exhausted, or simply in need of a quiet reset.

If one of these times feels like what your body has been asking for, you're welcome to book online or send me a message.
