NritYoga® - Yoga of Dance(Soma method) was created by Amrita Choudhury in 1998. This practice combines Indian sacred dance, yoga, healing mudras, meditation, visualization and meditation in motion. A holistic approach to movement using the ancient Indian sacred healing arts and philosophies which date back thousands of years. It is believed that the sacred scriptures were handed down to us through
