Exam week is here! I’ve finished my written portion and have my practical exam this evening! Feeling confident heading into this one..

After exam completion, that wraps up my Involuntary Mechanisms module, which focused on Cranial Osteopathy and Manual Lymphatic Therapy.

Cranial Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the subtle movements of the head and facial bones, fascial membranes that support the brain and protect the spinal cord, and cerebrospinal fluid to help support the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal.

Manual Lymphatic Therapy uses light, rhythmic techniques to encourage healthy lymphatic flow, helping reduce congestion, support immune function, and promote overall wellness.

After exams, I’ll be spending two full days in class learning half of our Visceral Manipulation techniques. This approach focuses on the mobility and function of the body’s internal organs and their surrounding connective tissues. Restrictions within the viscera can affect movement, posture, circulation, and comfort throughout the body, so treatment aims to restore healthy motion and improve overall function.

It’s hard to believe how much we’ve covered in such a short amount of time!
Finishing this module strong before diving into the next one. Thank you to everyone who has allowed me to practice! The feedback that requests more Manual Osteopathy for subsequent therapy is very encouraging! 🤠

Have a beautiful week everyone!

New RMT now accepting clients! 🎓👏

The beautiful Wellness Within Integrated Health Clinic has hired on a new RMT to join the team! If interested in booking, you can reach out to her through her original post 🤠

Hello everyone! 🌿

My name is Sarina Try, and I’m so excited to share that I will be joining the wonderful team at Wellness Within Integrated Health Clinic alongside Kelsey, Rebecca, and Cathy!

I recently graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy, and while the journey was definitely challenging, it was also incredibly rewarding. I’m so grateful to now be starting this next chapter and providing massage therapy treatments here in Moose Jaw. I will officially be starting at the clinic on the 22nd, and I am also in the process of becoming a regular member of the NHPC Massage Association.

I have also completed a 2-day workshop in Myofascial Gliding, and I really enjoy providing both relaxation massage and deep tissue treatments. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive treatment space where clients feel heard, cared for, and supported in their wellness goals.

A little bit about me outside of massage — I am a major animal lover and have two sweet dogs: a corgi named Rue and a King Cavalier named Keinna. I also have a soft spot for my cats and could probably talk about them all day! I enjoy singing in my church choir, practicing karate, and I’m a huge country music fan.

I will be available at the clinic in Moose Jaw:

Mondays to Wednesdays
1:30 PM – 6:00 PM

To celebrate this new beginning, I will be offering a promotional grad rate of $80/hour for the first 3 months.

I’m truly looking forward to becoming part of the Wellness Within team, meeting new clients in the community, and supporting you in your wellness and treatment goals.

See you soon, Moose Jaw! 🤍🌿Sarina Try

Client Reminder: New treatment rates are now in effect as of June 1, 2026.

30 minutes – $70
45 minutes – $85
60 minutes – $105
75 minutes – $130
90 minutes – $155

June is fully booked, and I am unable to accept new appointment requests for July or August at this time. Both months are nearly fully booked, with limited availability due to my children’s summer break. I will post here if I have any last minute/short notice openings to see more clients!

Regular business hours will resume in September 2026. I will post an update when my calendar reopens and additional appointments become available.😊

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support during this busy season. ❤️

Hi Clients,

I am currently booking into late May and early June. Online booking has been temporarily paused to prioritize availability for follow up treatments, and allow flexibility for schedule adjustments as we move into the busier summer months.

Effective June 1, 2026, updated treatment rates will be as follows:

30 minutes – $70
45 minutes – $85
60 minutes – $105
75 minutes – $130
90 minutes – $155
120 minutes – $200

A further rate adjustment is anticipated in Fall 2026, following the completion of my Manual Osteopathic Therapy diploma program.

At that time, I will be a dual-recognized provider under the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association. Clients with eligible coverage may be able to submit claims for Manual Osteopathic Therapy services, in addition to Registered Massage Therapy, depending on individual insurance plans.

Once my summer schedule has been finalized, I will provide an update regarding availability and whether online booking will reopen for July and August. (These months are typically booked directly through email/waitlist, as appointment times, particularly evenings and weekends, remain in high demand and often best suited for short notice availability.)

Thank you for your continued trust and support.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions,

Kelsey Byers, RMT

I’ve officially finished my Advanced Myofascial Remodelling Module with over 100 hours of hands on practicum, clinical research & 2 case studies, with top marks on assignments and exams!

Myofascial Release is a big passion of mine, so I really loved learning more assessments and integrating new techniques into my treatments.

Next up, I’m moving into Involuntary Mechanisms, where I’m learning more about cerebrospinal fluid, assessing the body’s primary rhythm, working with fascial diaphragms, occipital cranial base and lumbosacral techniques, dural tube releases, and balancing the neurocranium bones.

Cranial Osteopathic Therapy is a really cool shift into more subtle, nervous system based work, and I’m excited to keep practicing starting this week! If you are interested in learning more or experiencing cranial sacral therapy, let me know!

Have a great week ahead,

Kelsey

Organizing new techniques and building exam & clinic recall at the same time.

This is the kind of momentum I’m showing up for!
