So many benefits!

May is . MS Canada shares that Canada has one of the highest rates of multiple sclerosis (MS) in the world, with an estimated 90,000 Canadians living with the disease.

MS is a neurological disease of the central nervous system which includes the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves. MS attacks myelin, the protective covering of the nerves, causing inflammation and often damage.

Holistic health care has been found to enhance overall quality of life and complement medications or therapies for those with MS. Reflexology was found to reduce fatigue, pain, muscle spasms, and stiffness in a 2024 study. (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10930811/)

This is always me when I'm getting a treatment!!

Let’s be honest… we’ve all gone in thinking we’ll stay awake 😅

There’s always that one spot that makes you jump,
that moment your body finally exhales…
and then next thing you know - you’re gone.

And somehow, you leave feeling like a different person.

That’s the power of switching off ✨

Reflexology is often known for relaxation… but the benefits don’t stop there.

From calming the nervous system to supporting sleep, circulation, and emotional balance — it works quietly in the background, helping your body find its natural rhythm again.

Sometimes the biggest shifts aren’t dramatic…
they’re the subtle ones you start to notice in how you feel day to day.💜

I learned a new Lymph drainage sequence as part of one of the courses I took last spring and have found it useful for so many clients!

Your lymphatic system plays a key role in fluid balance and waste removal, helping the body feel lighter and more comfortable. When lymph flow becomes sluggish - often linked to stress, reduced movement, or warmer weather - puffiness or swelling in the feet and lower legs can occur.

Reflexology works with specific lymphatic reflex points on the feet, using gentle, intentional techniques to encourage the natural movement of lymph.

Reflexology may help to:
• support healthy lymphatic circulation
• assist the body’s natural detox processes
• reduce fluid retention and swelling
• promote a sense of lightness and balance

A calm, supportive approach that works with the body, not against it.
