DISCLAIMER: Long post ahead! July was a busy one! 😅
And now that we're at the end of July, we thought we'd take a minute to look back at what a fun month it's been around here.

We kicked things off with our monthly Customer Appreciation Day, followed immediately by our annual FREE Customer BBQ. It was so nice to see everyone and catch up!

Our Silver Collection fundraiser raised $500 for the Moosomin Visual Arts Centre, and thanks to Pharmasave National's Community Match Program, they matched it with another $500!
That means a total of $1,000 is going to the Moosomin Visual Arts Centre. Thank you to everyone who made a donation, whether it was a handful of change or a few dollars. Every contribution helped make a difference!

Then came our HOT (and we mean HOT! ☀️) 3 Day Sidewalk Sale! We had two sweet little gals hanging out with us making Kindness Cards, handing them out to customers, and sharing popcorn. They were adorable, and everyone loved them! Along with all the great deals, we also gave away 6 bottles of SIMPS Syrups and a Schneider's Popcorn Maker. More than anything though, it was just so much fun visiting with everyone who stopped by.

We also got to take part in the Chamber of Commerce Parade with the theme "Through the Ages." We rolled through town on some pretty sweet scooters, handed out hundreds of candies and Ring Pops, and had a lot of laughs along the way.

The Communities in Bloom judges also stopped through town, and we were honoured to receive a certificate recognizing the plants, flowers, and welcoming seating area we've added out front. We love adding little touches that make the front of the store feel inviting.

As if all that wasn't enough, we also brought in some fun new brands!

If you've been in lately, you've probably noticed things moving around a bit! We've organized, reorganized, shifted displays, and added shelves more times than we can count, but we're really happy with how everything is coming together.

Now we're looking ahead to August and squeezing every bit of fun out of the last month before school, sports, and all those routines kick back in. Make sure you stop in when you're out and about, and keep an eye on our page to see what's coming up next.

Today's Product of the Day is actually... products!

Our little candy shop in the party section was created with one simple idea in mind: a place where you could quickly grab a few candies for goodie bags, a little treat for someone, or that perfect extra to finish off a gift.

When it came time to fill it, we didn't just pick candy... we picked memories.
Bottle Caps, Sweet Tarts, Laffy Taffy, Clackers, Candy Necklaces, Mega Lollies, Pop Rocks, Hubba Bubba (yes... the comics are still inside!), Rockets, Kool-Aid, and so many more.

The best part?
Listening to the conversations.
