Pembina Valley Pride Supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ people in the Pembina Valley We love and support Southern Manitoba’s Rainbow community and want to help it flourish.

It is Pembina Valley Pride's purpose to create and provide education, support, resources, community, and pride centering around 2SLGBTQIANB+ experiences within the communities of the Pembina Valley. We are a proudly Rainbow-led volunteer initiative and are committed to doing our best to create accessible and diverse programming that meets the needs of all Rainbow community members.

Here's the schedule for Pembina Valley Pride 2026 on June 13 in Winkler!

10:30am Rainbow Church at Covenant Mennonite Church (363 8th St, Winkler)

12pm Rainbow Makers Market, photo booth (until 4pm), and community fundraising lunch opens at Triple E Main Stage

1pm Speeches from community members followed by the march and entertainment at the stage

Rainbow Church 🌈
The church is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the Triple E Main Stage.

We will not be having religious speakers at our main event as we’ve heard this is triggering for some members of our community.

Rainbow Makers Market & Lunch 🌈
We have a variety of vendors and community groups who’ll be part of the Rainbow Makers Market this year.

One of the vendors will have ice cream and lemonade.

This year’s community fundraising lunch will be hosted by a Winkler charity. They’ll have hot dogs, chips and drinks available by donation.

The March & Rally 🌈
There will be an ASL interpreter for the opening remarks and for the duration of the speeches.

After the speeches, we’ll head out for the march. This year’s route is a 20 minute loop and entirely on paved sidewalks and bike paths.

Some board members will be staying at the park so you’re welcome to hang out and welcome the marchers back!

Once everyone’s back from the march, we’ll have a variety of entertainment to enjoy.

There will be Pembina Valley Pride merch available to purchase, including items from our Pride Belongs in the Pembina Valley campaign. We take cash or credit/debit, but we encourage you to bring cash as not all the vendors may take credit/debit.

We’ll have a family zone with a bunch of fun activities for kids.
