As we say goodbye to 2025, it has been a struggle for many, I just want to remind everyone, without struggle and chaos we can't appreciate serenity and calm. I encourage everyone to say thank you to what you've experienced this year and make mention you have learned its lessons so you never have a repeat of it.

Thank you to 2025 for allowing me to realize just because I'm being invited into an argument, doesn't mean I have to show up. I've learned to hold my tongue (not that I won't use it when needed, because lets be real, I can always say something lol) it's just sometimes its not worth it.

Here's to all the new experiences we get to learn next year, and I'm grateful to be on these journeys together!

As I start my 20th year in business...yes that's correct...20, I want to say thank you to you, my clients. You have put your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing in my hands and I don't take that lightly. With all the options of self care available, I am grateful that you have chosen me to be a part of your health, wellness and healing journey. I am beyond humbled.
