✨ Sound Bath in the Scalar Energy Lounge ✨

I’m excited to be collaborating with Uptown Wellness for a special Sound Bath experience on Thursday, June 25 at 7 PM.

This immersive evening will take place in the Scalar Energy Lounge, a space utilizing EESystem and Quantum Rife technology. Many people experience the environment as deeply relaxing and supportive of balance and regulation within the body.

Surrounded by this calming atmosphere, you’ll be invited to settle into a restorative soundscape of crystal singing bowls, voice, chimes, drum, and other soothing instruments, allowing space to rest, recharge, and reconnect.

Thank you to the beautiful souls who came out last night for the Full Moon Sound Bath at The Bell Tower! 🌕✨
I’m deeply grateful to be able to work with sound the way I do, and to share it with such wonderful people — in such a beautiful space. ❤️🙏

As I was setting up, a simple prayer from my younger years came to me: Dona Nobis Pacem — Grant us peace (video attached)
And truly… who couldn’t use a little more peace in this chaotic world?

Last night marked our final sound bath at The Bell Tower until the fall, and I’m so thankful to everyone who has been part of these gatherings.

As we move into summer, I’ll be offering various outdoor sound bath experiences — bringing sound into beautiful natural settings, summer evenings, open skies, and seasonal spaces. ☀️🌿🎶

I hope our paths cross again somewhere under the summer sky.

Step into the radiant energy of the Summer Solstice with a deeply intentional gathering designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. As the sun reaches its peak, we come together to honor this sacred moment through connection, movement, reflection, and ritual.

Our journey will begin with a welcoming circle and charcuterie picnic, celebrating abundance and gratitude. Gentle yoga by the lavender field will help us embrace calm and self-care, while mindful journaling invites us to reflect on what has blossomed in our lives. A soothing sound bath and Reiki session overlooking the forest will support inner balance and renewal, preparing us for the transformative fire ceremony—an ancient practice symbolizing passion, release, and new possibilities.

This is an opportunity to align with the rhythms of nature, embrace personal growth, and step forward with clarity and purpose.

Join us as we celebrate light, community, and the magic of new beginnings.

Meet your facilitators:
Jennifer Destun – Certified Yoga practitioner focusing on restorative yoga, as well as yoga for children.
Kourtney Koenit – Certified reiki master, Certified Yoga practitioner, offers Ohana Generational Healing, Oracle Card Readings
Michele Kujawa - Certified sound practitioner and Certified reiki master and massage practitioner (hot stone, lymphatic drainage, hot oil scalp, deep tissue, and reiki)

To make the most of this session, you may want to bring:
Yoga mat, sweater, blanket, bug spray, socks, pillows, water bottle, anything else that will make you feel most relaxed and comfortable.

Additional options available for purchase at the Farm Shop:
Lavender Eye Pillow $25.

Charcuterie Picnic Notes:
* Gluten free and vegan options are not available at this time.
* Picnic will be an individual charcuterie including meats, cheeses, nuts and more.

A little offering from something I’ve been quietly working on.

Three vocal layers recorded by me, moving through crystal bowls, water textures, subtle drones, and a planetary resonance — shaped into this flowing ambient piece in Ableton.

It’s been a real learning journey of recording, layering, mixing, and slowly finding my way through sound.

Grateful to my mentor for the guidance along the way, and to for the sound textures that supported this piece.

What a beautiful, relaxing, and rejuvenating morning in Oakville at .ca where I experienced the most epic sound journey by the talented goddess of music and light language, and my mentor for Ableton 🎶 , . The combo of the Enhanced Energy System (EESsytem) at this wellness centre, and sound was so soothing to my stressed nervous system, helping me find balance and coherence again, and having me take a potent power nap within minutes!
