✨ WE'RE BACK! ✨

The countdown is officially back on for the First Annual Mount Brydges Night Market! 🎉

After having to postpone our original July 17 date due to wildfire smoke and poor air quality, we're so excited to finally bring this event to the community on Saturday, August 22 from 4–10 PM!

Adelaide Road will come alive with local vendors, food trucks and restaurants, live entertainment, family activities, a licensed beverage area, and so much more. 🛍️🎶🍔

Whether you're looking to shop local, grab dinner, enjoy some live music, or spend an evening with family and friends, this is one summer event you won't want to miss!

👋 Have you noticed some new faces at our LiUNA Local 1059 Wellness Clinic?

Our LiUNA team has been growing over the past few months, and we’re excited to officially introduce four of the practitioners who have joined us! 💙

🧠 Sydney Hildebrandt | Registered Psychotherapist

Sydney brings a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel seen, heard and supported. With a decade of experience working in hospice and long-term care, she brings a deep understanding of grief, change and life transitions to her practice.

Her approach draws from CBT, EFT, DBT, attachment-focused therapy, mindfulness, client-centred therapy and neuroscience-informed practices.

💆‍♀️ Heather Adolphe | Registered Massage Therapist

A graduate of Fanshawe College’s Accelerated Massage Therapy program, Heather focuses on helping clients manage headaches, chronic pain and tension. Her treatments may incorporate trigger point therapy, deep tissue work and relaxation techniques, tailored to each client’s needs.

💆‍♀️ Taylor Clarke | Registered Massage Therapist

Taylor is a graduate of Fanshawe College’s Massage Therapy program and provides patient-centred, evidence-based care focused on reducing pain, improving mobility and helping clients feel their best. She incorporates deep tissue massage, fascial release and joint mobilizations into treatments designed around each client’s individual goals.

💆‍♂️ Victor Kinsella | Registered Massage Therapist

Victor has been practising as an RMT since 2021 and uses Swedish massage, fascial work, PNF stretching, trigger point therapy and deeper pressure to help clients manage tension, discomfort and dysfunction. His own background in karate, kickboxing, weightlifting and other sports has helped shape his passion for helping people stay active and feeling their best.
