This was a long time coming getting to meet Sage Richards in person after we’ve been working together online for 3 full years!

Watching you grow up into the man you’re becoming feels like I have a little brother I’m watching grow up next to me even if we’re a flight away from each other.

This guy has a heart of pure gold, with the most impressive drive and ambition to match🚀

It was so amazing to have this moment posing together after watching all the hard work you’ve put in to build your physique up to where it is.

Genuinely wish the absolute best for you in every single aspect of life, and I know first hand that your potential is limitless💪🏼

So beyond proud of you man, everything you’ve achieved these past few years has been absolutely incredible, big things ahead for this next one!!

12 WEEKS OUT⚒️

Fasted morning shots from yesterday - 169.0 lbs

Up 0.8 lbs from last week, but much leaner & fuller🤝

First change to the plan this week, slight bump up in cardio and we push on!

If you seen my check in last post or are following my in depth YouTube series on my current Prep, you would be laughing because I called itttttt

Weight staying the same but just looking better & better now.

Still processing how much we packed into the 4 day retreat🧙‍♂️

Took my clients to see a Bodybuilding show live and it was so wholesome to share my passion for the sport but also was hella motivating for everyone to see the art & work the athlete’s put in to be on stage!

Everyone’s back home with a fire fully lit and I’m stoked for the momentum built from the energy we created in the trip & all the golden nuggets of knowledge their took back home💪🏼

Missing all my boys so much already, counting down for the next one already🤗

Things are changing fast here now🚀

Realized I didn’t actually post my 13 weeks out updates for you guys last week because I was hosting my clients on my most recent retreat and was trying to fully be present in the moment.

Still checked all the boxes but not to the same level of precision like I can do when in my own routine.

But if your systems only work when everything is perfect, then they’re not really the strongest suited for you. I still made great progress with my prep that week, although I am extra pumped to be back to my normal flow🌊

Weight still dropping very easily, no changes to my meal plan or expenditure.

I’m so fu***ng pumped to see how far I can push this prep, already down 12 lbs in 3 weeks - fasted morning weight 🤝

Typically I find the first 15 pounds rips off me so easily just by not force feeding and doing a touch of cardio.

From there, I usually don’t actually see the scale move too much, however the physique drastically changes day by day.

Almost getting to the fun part of prep😈
