🌿 Welcome to Holistic Movements 🌿

Hello, for those who don't know me, my name is Natasha.

For over a decade, I have worked in Community Outreach, Therapeutic Recreation, movement practices, and now Peer Support within Mental Health and Addictions.

My work is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a belief in creating accessible spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and explore healing with curiosity.

I’m passionate about the connection between body, mind, and emotional wellbeing, with a special interest in Yin practices, self-inquiry, and personal growth.

✨ This summer I’m honoured to facilitate Dyad Sessions at the Lotus Centre every second Monday evening 6:30pm to 8:30pm, beginning June 8.

✨ I’ll also be leading a free Community Yoga Session during Mount Pearl City Days on Saturday, July 18 at St. David’s Park at 7am.

I look forward to moving, learning, and growing with this beautiful community. 🌿

Throwback to 2019

Freshly completing my 200 hour Soma Yoga & Meditation Instructor certifications.

~This was such a pivotal moment in my journey where I began to truly understand the body as more than just movement; but as a place to listen, process, and come home to.

Looking back, I didn't realize how much this chapter would shape the way I now support others through healing, regulation, and connection.

Every step has built on the last and I'm so grateful I started.
