Next month, I am riding 150km in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

And my challenge starts NEXT WEEK.

Right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year in Canada.

My 150km challenge will be tough, but it's nothing compared to what these brave kids and their families face every day of their lives as they battle this terrible disease.

Kids should be living life, NOT fighting for it.

Winter appears to be trying to get a foothold. Let's hope we still have some mild spells coming. In the meantime, watch the ice. Even catching yourself from falling can give you muscle pain. Wear boots with traction. At the end of a cold, icy day, spent trying not to fall, your body needs a warm relaxing bath. Or a massage!!! It's that time of year when people are realizing they didn't take full advantage of their health benefits. It's also the reason why November and December are our busiest months . Better to space your treatments. Why not book in a few before the end of the year.
