My client is 82 years old. Just 8 weeks ago she could not walk without assistance, could not lift her arm past 90° and had constant shoulder pain. After working together weekly we have now achieved unassisted walking, comfort reaching over head and even elevated push-ups. What is her only regret? That she didn’t start sooner.
