I think we see a lot of the *after* of entrepreneurship.
The freedom, the flexibility, the glorious holidays, the meaningful work, the big launches and the success stories.
What we see a lot less of is the building phase.
The part where you’re still working the career you spent years building while trying to create something new.
The weekends you spend working instead of doing the things you love.
The money, time and energy you pour into learning and figuring it all out.
The days when you’re convinced it’s going to work and the days when you wonder if you’ve completely lost the plot. 😂
I’m very much in that phase right now.
I believe in what I’m building. I’m excited about it. And sometimes I still wonder if I should just get a regular job and just go hiking on the weekend.
Both can be true.
I get a little more real about all of this in the full video, including the doubts, sacrifices, and messy bits of building a business.
It’s on YouTube if you want to hear the rest. ❤️
And if you're in the building phase of something too, I'd love to know: what part of it do you wish people talked about more?
