Hello Yoga Therapy Friends!

For the summer I am cooking up a short 4 week series before we leave for Haida Gwaii!

I have been exploring the gathering and releasing of the deep front line of fascia and how this can play into nervous system activation as this line of fascia is sometimes considered our emotional core. Join me in this short series for a gentle but effective core connection!

Tuesday nights at Nanaimo Yoga Sanctuary from 7:15 - 8:30 pm
Starting July 28 - August 18 for only $50 for the series and $17 to drop in if space allows.

We have 3 spaces left!

After this we will be back in October!
