Join us for Hike for Hospice 2026 on Saturday, September 12th, 10am-2pm (registration opens at 10am, hike begins at 11:10am), at Westwood Lake and help support compassionate hospice care and grief support in our community.

Our Companions Through Anticipatory Grief program offers a safe, compassionate space to connect with others who understand what you're going through.

This weekly in-person peer support group is open to anyone in our community experiencing anticipatory grief. You do not need to be an existing Nanaimo Community Hospice client to attend.

We’re excited to share our new Hospice Wings—a beautiful place to stop, take a photo, and show your support for Nanaimo Community Hospice.

These hand-painted wings were created with love to celebrate hope, compassion, and community. If you are visiting one of our events we invite you to stand between the wings, snap a photo, and share your support for Hospice.

A special thank you to our talented Summer Student, Isla, for designing and hand-painting this incredible mural.
