Step away from the desk and into the present moment. Designed specifically to fit into your lunch hour, this efficient 40-minute practice offers a mindful pause to break up the workday, move your body, and recalibrate your mind.

The practice is intentionally structured to undo the physical strain of sitting—focusing on releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and hips while restoring spinal alignment. We conclude with a brief, restful savasana, leaving you feeling spacious, focused, and re-energized for the rest of your afternoon.

Together, we’ll demystify the “float forward” by working with the foundational elements that make it possible: breath, bandhas, core integration, and intelligent weight transfer. Rather than forcing the movement, you’ll learn how to create the conditions where the body becomes naturally buoyant—allowing your feet to land softly between your hands.
